Abstract
Literature suggest that Strategic Human Resource Practices can assist organization improve their firm performance. However, empirical studies that emphasized on Strategic
Human Resource Practices and SMEs performance were remaining limited. This study attempts to address this issue. Based on survey, this study examines the relationship between Strategic Human Resource Practices and performance of 50 SMEs. From the result, indicated that no significant relationship between Strategic Human Resource Practices and the Performance of SMEs survey.
