Abstract

Generally, the purpose of this study was to explore the opportunities and limitation in
mobile commerce toward the performance in m-commerce among the user of m
commerce and to examine the relationship between opportunities and limitation toward
performance in m-commerce. So, the main purposes of this study are; (a) to investigate
the relationship between opportunities and performance in m-commerce; (b) to
investigate the relationship between limitations and performance in m-commerce, and (c)
to investigate the relationship between opportunities and limitation with the performance
of m-commerce. Moreover, this study determines whether the dimensions of
opportunities and limitation in m-commerce moderate the relationship with performance
in m-commerce. Data were collected from 40 UUM MBA students by using simple
random sampling. The study showed that limitation in m-commerce dimensions only
related with performance in m-commerce. The study also found out that the dimensions
limitation in m-commerce influenced performance in m-commerce. Thus only dimension
of limitation in m-commerce and the dimension performance in m-commerce are related
significantly.
