Abstract
This research proposed a requirement model for electronic Procurement (e-Procurement) in order to change the traditional way of procurement activities applied in Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). The system prototype has been developed based on the proposed requirement model that is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML). For this project, UUM College of Law, Government and International Studies has been selected as a case study in order to reduce existing problems such as lack of procurement monitoring, lack of time management and human resource factors.
