Abstract

In order to manage the employees' leaves, a lot of resources such as papers and human capital are used in the traditional human resource management. The waste of resource
in the company is a big problem and need to be solved. Electronic leave management improves the efficiency of leaves management, but in the application process, computer is needed, which is not so convenient for the employees. Mobile-leave management is an easier and more efficient way to manage the employees' leaves, because it can be accessed easily, operated at anytime anywhere. Hence, the study
proposed an M-leave system using the Oil and Gas Company as a case study. The general research methodology is adopted in this research. It is expected that the employees can use their mobile phones to manage their leaves from the application to the balance view via this system. So the time, resource and energy are saved, and thus lead to a more efficient employees' leave management in the company.
