Abstract

The main objective of adopting ICT in most country is to boost the economical status of the rural area dwellers that could be mediated by their ICT technological know-how. This study develop an electronic evaluating and monitoring system, to eradicate the time consuming deficiencies in the physical evaluation, and to help in overcoming the
inconsistence and low productivity in the paper evaluation of ICT training in Rural Area. Literatures exposed that, the operability and advantages of ICT in cities and rural
areas are incomparable, due to some recognized constraints that needed to be eradicated and resolved in the adoption of ICT in rural area. The requirements established in
literatures are developed into an electronic ICT training evaluating and monitoring system, the prototype is developed using general research design methodology. Future
study in this of research should integrate the registration part for register the trainee online, integrate the examination part for examine the trainee online and integrate the monitoring part by using webcam (m-webcam) technology.
