Issues of non-halal product, misuse of halal's logo and degree of quality of halal product often become the discussion in Malaysian's muslim circle. As necessity to define product's interest and degree of halal product quality especially in Malaysian food industry, this research concentrate on halal product of HPA Ind. Sdn. Bhd. This study aims to identify the degree of customer satisfaction which influenced of quality product of HPA Ind. Sdn. Bhd. This study also to research about connection between customer satisfaction and degree of quality of HPA product. Other objective of this study are to determine the diffrence between customer satisfaction and quality product of HPA related to demographic factors. This research have been done at HPA sales branch in Perlis. Questionnaire was use as research instrument. Meanwhile, this study had been analyzed by using statistics descriptive as frequency, percentage and average, T-test, one way variance (ANOVA) and Pearson Correlation. The findings of descriptive analysis show that min score degree of customer satisfaction and quality product HPA are high. Search also show that there are high connetion between customer satisfaction and quality of product. As a conclusion, customer really satisfied with the quality of HPA product, but at a same time HPA should increase their image of halal product by increase their quality of product, by accentuate the importance of halal product that pure, safe and assured; to promote the goodness of halal product to local and world customer indeed.
