Abstract

Training of management literature highlights that the training program has two main elements associated with the task of training and preparation of training framework. If both these training elements are properly implemented, it can increase the effectiveness of training. More importantly, the study conducted revealed that the effect of training on training effectiveness indirectly influenced by motivational training. The nature of this relationship is less emphasized in the models of existing training programs. Therefore, this study is to investigate the effect of exercise training and motivation of the effectiveness of training. The survey method was used to collect 74 questionnaires completed from those who served in the services division of the Employees Provident Fund Branch of Kuala Lumpur. Results of regression analysis "stepwise" indicates that the relationship between training motivation and training programs have a significant relationship with the effectiveness of training. This finding confirms that training motivation to act as an effective variable in the model training program in organization studies. Therefore, the implications of this study of the theory and practice training, conceptual framework and methodology limitations, and future research recommendations are also given attention in this study.
