Peranan Sistem E-Sinar dalam Usaha Mengurangkan Kadar Kemiskinan bagi Daerah Kota Setar

In an effort to lessen the levels of poverty in the State of Kedah Darulaman embodied a system of records of data of poor people who recorded any ordinance relating to the head of the household poor the State of Kedah Darulaman, known as e-Sinar system. The main object of this study is to know the definite role of e-Sinar system in an effort to lessen poverty levels for Kota Setar. Research data collection using interviews directly. Then do the analysis of the data that has been collected by qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show the role of e-Sinar system namely a reference to the parent in search of the target group who will be affected rather than the poverty eradication program, dismissed the issue overlap and leakage, analysis tool in developing policy formulation and program design poverty eradication, as an indicator of the level of success of the program. Goodness e-Sinar system community basis namely, accountable, objective and transparence, the easier the registration, monitoring and escort, may be accessed by agencies that related the poverty eradication program. E-Sinar system weaknesses namely nothing done escort, study/original values and bleaching participants by e-Sinar system secretariat it caused labor shortages. Based on the results of such studies, reserves are: Maintain continuity of e-Sinar system in an effort to lessen the levels of poverty in the Region Kota Setar by forming teams unit ranked in the area of poverty eradication. Improve alignment between aid agencies poverty eradication program through poverty eradication teams unit ranked in the area, so it becomes integrated poverty eradication programs ranked in the region. Thus the issue of thinning may difference bureaucracy among agency by creating a common operating standards in order to implement poverty eradication programs in an integrated regional ranking
