The objectives of this project paper to understand and determine relations between savings and Malaysian economics growth. Saving as an important element is needed in conforming the continues economic growth in the long
run. To reach this purposes an econometric model from Permanent Income Hypothesis will be developed in order to check/determine the stability relations between savings and economic growth. The cointergration method and Error Correction Model will be used to meet these objectives.
