Abstract
The study includes an analysis of the impact of human resource practices on employee satisfaction conducted in Shorubber (M) Sdn. Bhd. This study has highlighted and see how far human resource practices affect job satisfaction in the organization. Human resource practices are involved, training and development, rewards and recognition, performance appraisals, employee participation, and definitions of work. Job satisfaction is the dependent variable, while the practice
of human resource represented by the training and development, rewards and recognition, performance appraisal, employee engagement and job definition. There are five main hypotheses have been made to unravel the influence of
human resource practices on job satisfaction in this study. A total of 100 questionnaires were collected from questionnaires that were distributed in Shorubber (M) Sdn. Bhd. This study analyzes using SPSS version 20 applications involving factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results of the analysis performed, there is a significant positive relationship between a dependent variable, namely the definition of work and job
satisfaction. In conclusion, the results of this study are expected to contribute ideas to develop the human resource management practices are very useful in an organization
