Abstract
The aim of this project was to evaluate the Anti Corruption Agency Cadet Basic Training. The model used in this research was the Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Model (1994) which had relation to reaction, learning, behavior and results. This study confined its method by using questionnaires. A total of 70 subjects comprising 50 graduates and 20 trainers had been chosen as respondents to this study. The SPSS version 11 had been used to analyze the data for this study. The SPSS version 11 had been used to analyze the data for this study. The result showed that study had achieved the entire objectives and made suggestions for the betterment of the training programmes conducted from time to time. It is important for the trainer's satisfaction, more happy and productive espescially in study condition. From the reslts of this study, suggestions were put foward to improve future training programme in order to produce better discipline and high integrity Anti Corruption Agency Officers.
