Abstract
The objective of the study is to find out the relationship between students' attitude, the teaching process and the classroom environment based on the students' achievement in the History subject. One hundred and ten students from one of the secondary schools in South Province Wellesley were taken randomly to participate in this research. The data analysis used to answer the research questions of the
study were descriptive statistics, independent T-test and Pearson correlation. The results of the study showed that there is a significant achievement in the History subject based on the gender factor. However, students' attitude, teachers' style of teaching and the classroom environment factors did not show any significant
differences. At the end of the study, some suggestions had been proposed to improve the performance in the history subject among the students
