Abstract

This project was focused on the 'Mastery 3M among Special Rehabilitation pupils : Case
study in one of the Primary Schools in area Kapit, Sarawak. It is involved 28 respondents
from Special Rehabilitation pupils. It focused on the 3M control level of the Special Remedial class. The research sample involved only Level 1 pupil. It's included 14 pupils from 2 Perdana and 14 pupils from 3 Satria. This study also highlighted three key aspects namely first identify 3M mastery Special Rehabilitation pupils through 'Malay Language Screening Test and Mathematics', 'Malay Language Diagnostic Test and Mathematics' and 'Perception Test', second try to identify the ways Special Rehabilitation pupils control 3M, especially through teaching and learning in class. While the third aspect is researcher try to explore positive implications or negative 'Malay Language Screening Test and Mathematics', 'Malay Language Diagnostic Test and Mathematics' and 'Perception Test' on 3M mastery Special Rehabilitation pupils. After that data collection procedure that used are involving achievement test, interview method confront (structured interview), library
research, use of technology tools such as video camera, empty cassette and voice recorders (walkman). The findings from all these tests are that all the Special Rehabilitation pupils involved qualified to follow the Special Remedial class. This is because they have failed in all or part of the test that was carried out. Study findings from way Special Rehabilitation pupils control 3M, especially which involves teaching and learning in class find that Special Rehabilitation teacher involved practice recovery instruction method collective and individual, emphasize two important factors before planning lesson namely what are known by pupil before lesson started and what need to be known by pupil after instruction carried out, start process spell syllable from that easy first, instrumentation help teach and making evaluation to every development which indicated, specifically relevant 3M mastery Special Rehabilitation pupils involved. After that study findings from positive implications or negative 'Malay Language Screening Test and Mathematics: 'Malay Language Diagnostic Test and Mathematics' and 'Perception Test' on 3M mastery Special Rehabilitation pupils found that positive implications was more dominating compared to negative implication.
