Abstract

This is a form of observation study and survey to see the skills level of students to integrate
literacy skills with computer in learning history. The problem claims against the use of lCT to present appropriate skills by the students. Beside, students can use ICT to enhance their understanding of the subject in a particular historical subject that is usually learned in tutorials and lectures from teachers. Nowadays, the government has provided funds to improve a great education system by supplying equipment to ensure the latest ICT teaching and learning so that it will flows smoother and effectively. Government's contributions will be more meaningful if it full used by educators and students directly in the classroom. Hence, every teacher should instill creativity and skills in using ICT in teaching and learning. Moreover, this study was conducted on 30 students in form 2 of Syed Mohamed Al-Bukhary Secondary School. This study was made to see the relationship between the
ability of students using Power point 2003 to form a multimedia slide show that can be used
by students, teachers and history's subject panels. Observation form completed by the
teachers as researcher, who is also the own history teachers from time to time throughout
the project. Survey forms were distributed after the project is completed Then, data
obtained are processed with software SSPS version 16 and the results of this study is used
as a basis for discussion, proposals and conclusions that can giveJicl1 contribute in the field of education
