Keberkesanan pengurusan e-Kasih dalam rangka pembasmian kemiskinan di Daerah Kota Tinggi Johor

eKasih management is a method to address the problem of poverty in the country. The focus of this study was to evaluate the management of strategies eKasih in Kota Tinggi. Qualitative method was used in this study where interviews were
conducted with members of the management committee as well as the hardcore poor eKasih recipients. Researcher had identified a total of 112 respondents from 54 management personnel and 59 participants eKasih hardcore. A total of 49
management personnel and 48 participants eKasih were successfully interviewed. The analysis began by evaluating the performance of the department
managing the program of poverty eradication through guidance eKasih Key Result Areas (KRA). Results o f the analysis of Key Performance Index (KPI) showed that the management eKasih Kota Tinggi district was on the right track with the steps(input) to distribute the development project assistance to overcome district poverty eradication. The impact of this research also proves that management has achieved eKasih target group beyond the national poverty line income (PLI).The study result can be expected to contribute the enhancement of knowledge related to effective management of poverty eradication eKasih Kota Tinggi district level as the implementing agency to policy makers at the state level of Johor and Malaysia.
