Abstract

One of prevailing tendencies of the modern stage of the development of communication technology is Traffic infraction System based on advanced communication systems. The interaction of the employee and the citizen that deals
with the Traffic Infraction System it is important to simplify the process that employee perform at infraction system and to improve the performance of specific
task such as adding ticket, search car and search driver. The traditional way involves many complicated steps; In this project we realize the importance to improve the speed and the performance of the Traffic Infraction system in Department of Security (Traffic Management and vehicles) in UUM (Universiti Utara Malaysia) by using mobile technology. and in this project also we model the
requirements of Mobile Traffic Infraction system using UML diagrams to simplify process ,At the end of project ,we develop the prototype to test the requirement model.
