Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out details about the
awareness and the practising of corporate culture within the school staff, especially teachers. Corporate culture is understood as the culture which have been practiced by the organization which based on profit. The workers that have been practising it will slowly without notice find out that they love their organisation, they work harder and bring up productivity to their organizations. In this study the researcher intend to see how this corporate culture can be practiced in schools (as school is non
profit organisation), as the practising of corporate culture is said to be able to improve teachers achivement and performance. This study was carried out in Hilir Perak District, involving 140 respondents from three schools. Each school represented urban, rural and boarding school. The results showed that factors such as age, gender, educational level, job responsibilities and experience
