Data obtained was analyzed using the SPSS software. It was tested using the realibility test for the questionnaires and for the descriptive analysis in order to get the frequency, percentages and means, t-test and ANOVA were used to find the differences in means based on the demographics criteria and correlation analysis in order to determine the strength of the relationship between the dependent variables and independent variables. The results showed that there were two levels of job satisfaction which were High and Moderate and there was no significant mean differences between the demographics criteria with the job satisfaction factors. However, there was a significant relationship between the job factors and the job satisfaction factors.
