Abstract
The objective of this research is to examine the relationship between workers-related safety climate among construction workers in Langkawi and safety performance. There were three independent variables from workers-related safety climate: coworkers’ influence, workers’ attitude and workers’ competence. Altogether 384 respondents among construction workers in Langkawi were approached to answer the questionnaire. The collected data was analysed by using PLS-SEM software. The
findings of this study portrayed that co-worker’ influence, workers’ attitude and workers’ competence have significant relationship towards safety performance. Furthermore, all of six hypotheses were supported in the hypotheses testing
