Graduate entrepreneurs who have skills in Creative Arts are seen to be potential in contributing to the social entrepreneurial activities. Therefore, this study examines the development of social entrepreneurship in the context of dimensions and intention in social entrepreneurship through the enculturation of personality among graduate entrepreneurs in the field of Creative Arts. Factors of involvement among real social entrepreneur and encouragement from Higher Education Institution played an important role. 328 Graduate entrepreneurs in the field of Creative Arts participated in the survey. 17 respondents including 6 Creative Arts Social Entrepreneurs, 5 officers of the University’s Entrepreneurship Unit and 6 officers of the Faculty of Creative Arts were interviewed. Questionnaires were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis and Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR), while interviews were analyzed using triangulation method and content analysis. The Dimension of Financial Returns and Sustainability are the highest intention. While all the personality traits in the Big-Five Model are related to Social Entrepreneurship Intention among graduate entrepreneurs. The personality traits of Openness and Agreeableness are the highest intention. The outcome from the interviews with social entrepreneurs have found that factors of involvement in social entrepreneurship is due to their interest in volunteering activities, which can help the communities generate income and help them with certain skills.
