Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between the discipline of learning organization and job satisfaction among primary school teachers at Sekolah Rendah Agama Integrasi (SRAI) Taman Keramat, Sekolah Rendah Agama Integrasi (SRAI) Sungai Chinchin, and Sekolah Rendah Agama Integrasi (SRAI) Seksyen 19 in Selangor. The main objective of this study was to identify the relationship of the fifth discipline of learning organization namely, personal mastery, mental models, shared vision, team learning, and systems thinking with job satisfaction. This study was done through the quantitative method in which questionnaires were used as a medium to collect the data. A total of 202 questionnaires were distributed to respondents, however, only 161 questionnaires were useable for further analysis. Data then were analyzed by Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0 using Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Regression. The result showed that only team learning and systems thinking was significantly positive with job satisfaction while personal mastery, mental models, and shared vision were not significantly influenced by job satisfaction.
