Abstract
Employee turnover provide direct and indirect indicator towards mental health, job burnout and pay satisfaction. There are many elements contribute to turnover in organization. The purpose of this study is to assess the level of turnover intentions among the staff nurses in Institut Jantung Negara Sdn Bhd (IJNSB). The survey of this research involved 500 respondents among staff nurses in IJNSB. Self-administrative question was applied for data collection among respondents. The raw data was analyzed by SPSS version 22 and descriptive and inferential analysis was conducted to fulfil the objective of the research. Regression analysis revealed that there is a significant relationship towards turnover intention among staff nurses in IJNSB which is mental health, job burnout and pay satisfaction. It is hope this research will support to identify other HR Practices features contributing to turnover intention among staff nurses in IJNSB. Future research should include a large number of staff nurses in other private healthcare hospital in Kuala Lumpur area.
