Abstract

Job performance is often used as a benchmark for a company's success. Job performance is particularly important in socio-economic crises, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, when habitual working conditions change and are limited. This study assessed the impact of work from home, job satisfaction and work motivation on job performance. Primary data for this study was gathered by distributing questionnaires to employees of AEON CO, Watson’s & Ambank Kuala Lumpur. A quantitative research method was employed in which questionnaire as the main instrument. Questionnaires have been distributed and 164 employees have answered via Google Form. Tables and other graphical presentations were appropriately used to present the data that was collected for ease of understanding and analysis. From the study, the independent variables which are work from home, job satisfaction and work motivation are found highly significant and positive relationship with dependent variable which is the job performance. Discussion of findings, implication of study and recommendation for future study are also highlighted toward the end of the research paper.
