Abstract
This study investigates the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in higher education, focusing on its role in supporting personalization for teachers and students without replacing human needs. AI has proven effective in enhancing the education system through tools such as chatbots, robots, and automated assessment systems. However, concerns have arisen regarding biases, accuracy, and ethical issues, particularly with tools like ChatGPT. The study aims to examine how human instruction, the education system, and student knowledge influence the effectiveness of AI-generated tools in universities. A quantitative approach was used, involving data collection and analysis through SPSS software. The findings suggest that while AI can significantly improve educational experiences, its success depends on ethical integration alongside human instruction. The implications highlight the need for universities to balance technological advancements with maintaining educational integrity
