Abstract

Every organisation, whether private or government, has objectives that can be accomplished by effectively utilising all available resources through the execution of tasks. An organization's performance is determined on its capacity to effectively allocate and utilise resources to maximise productivity. An organisation is a deliberately planned social entity with a clearly defined boundary, operating continually to accomplish its objectives. The realities of the global labour market have made career development a significant focus in human resource management. The findings of the study found out that there is a significant relationship between organization culture on employee career development. The findings of the study also found out that there is a negative relationship between employee performance and leadership toward employee career development.
