Abstract
The primary objective of this research is to examine the effect of leadership, knowledge management, and talent management on job commitment within the Masdar Renewable Energy Corporation in the United Arab Emirates, in light of the mediating effect of crisis management in this relationship. Employing a quantitative approach, the study utilizes statistical methods including variance, covariance,
correlation and regression techniques for comprehensive analysis. Following a comprehensive review of pertinent literature, a questionnaire was crafted and tailored to align with the specific context of the study. The study encompasses employees from
different hierarchical levels and departments at Masdar Renewable Energy Company headquarters in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, with a target sample size of 354 individuals. The findings show satisfactory predictive ability and significant predictive significance regarding the main variable, job commitment. Moreover, the reliability
statistics demonstrate robustness across the independent variables - leadership styles (0.946), knowledge management (0.922), talent management (0.932) – and the mediating variable, crisis management are (0.933), as well as the dependent variable, functional commitment (0.916). The results of this study showed a positive correlation between the application of effective leadership styles (LS), knowledge management practices (KM), and talent management (TM) with job commitment (JC) among the employees at Masdar Renewable Energy Corporation. Notably, this positive perception is observed amidst the presence of the mediating variable, crisis management (CM), within Masdar Foundation for Renewable Energy in the Emirates.
