Abstract
This study’s purpose is to investigate the level of financial literacy among mosque administrators in Kubang Pasu District, aiming to assess their knowledge and skills related to effective financial management in religious institutions. Financial literacy is crucial for the transparent and accountable administration of mosque finances, impacting budgeting, donation management, investment decisions, and overall financial sustainability. The study employs a qualitative methods approach, consisting of interviews from the participants. Three participants interviewed were from three different mosques, Sharifah Fatimah Mosque, al Fateh Mosque, and Abidin Mosque. Content analysis was used to understand and interpret the stories participant shared about mosque financial literacy and management. The findings shed light on the current state of financial literacy among mosque administrators in Kubang Pasu, the strategies they employ to address financial challenges, and the obstacles they face in managing mosque finances. The study concludes that enhancing financial literacy and management practices can lead to more effective resource allocation, greater transparency, and sustainable financial practices within the mosque community
