Abstract

This study was done in Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) Pulau Pinang. It is based on the five-phase methodology choosen to identify problems existed in the organisation. These problems are identified by looking at the business processes in each section of KWSP. Outsourcing was chosen as a solution for these problems and moreover help to improve the system applied in the organisation.
Methodology of this project is including 5 phase which are developing a process vision and determining process objectives, defining the process, identifying and understanding the existing process, process suitable
recommendation, and documentation.
Outsourcing acts as a mean to improve services in an organisation by using a third party who is an expert in the related field. Moreover, outsourcing provide several advantages, such as, savings of energy, time and cost while
increasing the productivity of an organisation.
Results from this project is expected that the organization can improve their services value besides achieving their target and also gain benefits from outsourcing process that had been suggested.
