Abstract

This report was prepared as a partial fulfilment of the requirements for a post graduate degree from Universiti Utara Malaysia. It presents Imtiyaz Multitech Sendirian Berhad (IMTSB) information and business activities. The report is divided into 7 chapters. Chapter 1 reviews IMT company background. Chapter 2 presents company memorandum and articles. Chapter 3 provides corporate information of the company. Chapter 4 outlines the profile of the Directors. Chapter 5 summarizes the company Annual Board Meeting. The next two chapters describe about sales achievement and future plans of the company.
