Abstract
This study proposed development online collaboration learning tool to help UUM students to exchange and share their knowledge with each others and with their lecturers.
Free online collaboration tools in the Internet are not specially designed for supporting online collaboration and exchange knowledge between students and lecturers in UUM
environment. Consequently, the functionalities of the tools are different with each others and they may not efficiently and effectively support online collaboration between UUM
students. General methodology used after identifying the main problem which develop special prototype called Online Student Group System that evaluated by using designed questionnaire that composed from twenty question to identify effectiveness and efficiency of it. The main finding indicates established online student group system
which is implemented effectively were the students satisfied and able to deal with it in a proper manner.
