Abstract
Safety behaviors play an important role in preventing injuries and accidents, as well asidentifying hazards at workplace, while minimizing the accident rates. It has a positive effect on both parties, employees and employers. This study covers the relationship of safety priorities, safety knowledge and safety motivation towards safety behaviors to the staff of Tunku Abdul
Rahman University College Kuala Lumpur (TAR UC). 286 out of 350 respondents’ feedback were received from the questionaires distributed to the TAR UC Kuala Lumpur for data collection. The results have shown that safety priorities, safety knowledge and safety motivation have a significant positive relationship with safety behaviors. Indepth findings and indications of this study will provide future solutions for researchers for further safety and well-being at
workplace.
