Abstract

The emergence of new strategies and technologies in the uncertain global economic era has caused local companies to experience harsh conditions that led to some of their businesses closed. The genuine observation of the Islamic system is believed to be the
catalyst for bringing local companies to weather the current uncertain economic situation. In this regard, the study aims to explore the corporate ethics based on Islamic perspective on Aliran group companies. Local companies such as the Aliran group
companies that function as corporate companies need to make changes. The survey method is a qualitative study involving 16 management officers, 18 support staff and 4 Board members. A sophisticated interview has been conducted to find the discovery point of research exploration to evaluate the feasibility of whether the Islamic Ethics based on Islamic spiritual satisfaction is a solution to all corporate problems. Nvivo 10 analysis tool has been used to compile the terms obtained from the informant interview data involved. The findings of this study found that theoretical and practical exploration of Islamic Corporate Ethics shows four key themes to be found with the concepts, principles, goals and practices of supporting activities to Shariah interactive processes among all stakeholders and stakeholders. The study also proposes a framework of Islamic corporate ethics for Aliran group companies and should be the practice of corporate members. In conclusion, Islamic Corporate Ethics is proposed to other corporate companies as an alternative solution to meet global challenges and assist organizations in meeting the goals of the company.
