Abstract

Job satisfaction is essential for any organization as it is one of the primary sources of productivity gains. Organizations develop an atmosphere of cooperation for their employees through human resource management policies in order to enhance employee job satisfaction. Thus, job satisfaction has become one of the popular topics among researchers on the practical importance and its implications to organizations. Research shows several variables that have influences employee job satisfaction, including salary, job tasks, responsibility, relationships with supervisor and co-workers, work environment, and personal growth. However, studies on employee job satisfaction in a non-profit organization are limited. Data was collected through the self-administered questionnaire. The Multiple Regression analysis of 159 respondents from a non-profit organization was tested to achieve research objectives. The results show that job enrichment, transformational leadership, and recognition significantly related to job satisfaction.
