Abstract
The objectives of the research are to evaluate, to assess and to determine the contributions of economic and non-economic factors to agreement in Indonesia. To achieve these objectives, researcher has used primary data from respondent collected by questioner and secondaly data franchises regarding in Indonesia. This research using Multivariate Regression as data analysis and Anova as hypotheses tester. The results showed that economic factors, such as product, place/distribution, price and promotion had given the most significant contributions to the growth of franchises in Indonesia. Non economic factors such as law, government policy, social, politic and cultural factors had also given significant contributions to their growth in Indonesia. Besides that, the success of contract franchise implementation have made significant contributions to Indonesian economic development, especially in entrepreneur changes and increasing of income. The new theory from this research is franchise as instrument of Intellectual Property Rights commercialization.
