Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affecting the acceptance of the Ar Rahnu Scheme among the Entrepreneurs of Small and Medium Entreprise (SME) in the state of Kedah Darul Aman. This study is also to examine the total of SME entrepreneurs experiencing the pawn transaction using the Ar Rahnu Scheme in the population sample involved. The acceptance factors of Ar Rahnu Scheme was adopted and modified from the ARSAM ( Ar Rahnu Shop Acceptance Model). This research was conducted in the district and small town where the business activities centered and many entrepreneurs could be found which including the micro enterprises. The areas of research are including Universiti Utara Malaysia, Sintok, Changlun, Napoh, Jitra and Baling, Kedah. The method of collecting the data was by distributing the questionnaires randomly to the respondents. By using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) v.19 the questionnaires collected was analysed through the test of Descriptive Analysis, Frequency Analysis, Min Test and Pearson Correlation. According to the collected data and analysis, found that all the six factors which namely as Syariah View, Customer Service, Pledge Asset, Price System, Location and Advertisement are related and significant to the Acceptance of Ar Rahnu Scheme among the SME entrepreneurs.
