Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine whether there exists a relationship between effectiveness of training programs through the dimension of Training Methodology, Trainer/Facilitator, Research Objective and Organization Support with job performance which is organized by the Department of the Registrar, Universiti Utara Malaysia. A total of 92 respondents from the Administrative and Professional in UUM had returned the questionnaire in this study. In this study, descriptive and inferential analysis was used. Descriptive analysis is used to analyze the demographics of the respondents and identify the levels of the variables involved. The inferential analysis involves correlation to identify the relationship between the effectiveness of training programs through the dimension of Training Methodology, Trainer/Facilitator, Research Objective and Organization Support with work performance. Findings show that, there is a relationship, significant and a positive influence between effectiveness of training programs through the dimension of Training Methodology, Trainer/Facilitator, Research Objective, Organization Support and job performance.
