Abstract
Job satisfaction becomes a major obstacle or key towards the organization as it might impact the productivity and long-term goals of the organization. Theoretically, the organization’s performance and productiveness of many organization are impacted by job satisfaction. This, research was done among employees who are working in Perak. The data for this research was gathered through survey questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to financial services sector and the participants of this research are 396 respondents. The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship and effect of salary, working environment, management reward and work life balance on job satisfaction. The findings show that the relationship of all independent variables is positively and significantly related to job satisfaction. The independent variables can explain 60.6 percent of the variance on job satisfaction. Salary is the most influential variable, followed by management reward, with working environment and work-life-balance. Thus, salary is identified as an important element that could lead to employees’ job satisfaction. Future research could explore on other related variables, such as age groups.
