Abstract
This paper studies the relationship between organizational culture, reward & compensation and transformational leadership on employee performance in Citibank, Penang. In Citibank, employees feel dejected in the view of the fact frustration has been growing within Citigroup about budget constraints and delayed bonuses. Therefore, this study is conducted with the intention to capture factors might influence employee performance. A total 152 questionnaire were distributed online using Google form through organization’s representative. Response rate was 100% while result showed organizational culture, reward & compensation and
transformational leadership significantly positively related to employee performance. The findings indicate that employee performance can be increased if the organization practices
healthy organizational culture, effective transformational leadership and provide with attractive reward & compensation.
