Abstract
This study examines the influence of organizational culture, human resource management (HRM) practice, job satisfaction, motivation towards employee performance in Peninsular Malaysia's private sector. Using a quantitative approach, the research aims to identify the relationships and key factors impacting employee performance among these variables. The study hypothesizes that organizational culture, HRM Practice, job satisfaction, and motivation positively affect employee performance. Regression and correlation analysis were used to examine survey data from 105 employees in the private sector. Findings indicate that motivation has the most significant effect on performance, followed by organizational culture, while HRM Practice and job satisfaction show positive but lesser influences. Ultimately, motivation demonstrates the strongest correlation, where employees motivated either intrinsically or through external rewards (extrinsic) tend to perform at higher levels. These results suggest that, while HRM Practice and job satisfaction are important, a focus on motivational strategies and an inclusive, supportive organizational culture could lead to more substantial performance impacts. In order to foster better performance and dedication from staff, this study emphasizes how fundamental it is for Peninsular Malaysia's private sector to give motivating approaches and an optimal organization atmosphere as its top priorities.
