Abstract
This research is a case study to evaluate the commitment level of staff and officers of the Malaysian Board of Handicraft Development, the relationship between subdimensions of commitments levels and the connection with interaction between colleagues and also the difference of commitment towards the organization based on demographic factors such as gender, age, marital status, occupation group and profession status. The questionnaire is formed with Organization Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ) as the instrument for the research with 32 items using the Likert

commitment towards the organization. From correlation analysis, results proved that there is a significant and positive relationship between acquaintance among colleagues
