Abstract
The purpose bf this study is to examine the relationship between organization commitment and job satisfaction among the Enforcement Officer, Enforcement Division, Ministry Of Domestic Trade And Consumer Affairs. Data collection was done through questionnaires and there were 94 respondents among the enforcement officer from categories grade N9 up to grade N2. SPSS Package for Windows was used to analyze the data. Results were analyzed using frequency, percentage, t-test, Pearson correlation, regression and ANOVA to test hypothesizes. The findings of the
study showed that all five factors in job satisfaction had a positive relationship with the organization commitment. When the term of personal characteristics, it was found that education level, term of services, gender, categories of service and age had no significant relationship with the level of the organization commitment. This study looked at the limited dimensions of job satisfaction and organization commitment. Future research could take a more in-depth look at other dmensions of these constructs, as well as other variables and use large number of respondent among the enforcement officer in the country.
