Abstract

Job satisfaction is important to ensure that employees can perform work perfectly and be responsible toward the work. An employee with a high level of job satisfaction indicates that they have a positive view of job satisfaction at FELCRA Berhad Headquarters. The purpose of this research is to look at issues regarding the level of job satisfaction among employees at FELCRA Berhad Headquarters. The main objective of this research is to identify the relationship between promotion, interpersonal trust, work-life balance, job security, and employee compensation on job satisfaction. Using a cross-sectional approach, this study collect data through an online survey from a sample of 248 employees at FELCRA Berhad Headquarters, Kuala Lumpur. This study using SPSS for comprehensive analysis, including evaluating mean deviation and frequency range and using linear regression for hypothesis testing. The results of the research found that there is a positive relationship between job promotion, interpersonal trust, work-life balance, job security, and compensation. In addition, this study found that employees are satisfied working at the FELCRA Berhad Headquarters. This research has provided a clearer understanding of the factors that influence job satisfaction at the FELCRA Berhad Headquarters. The results of this study can provide guidance to FELCRA Berhad Headquarters Management in planning strategies to increase job satisfaction and employee productivity.
